We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure shopping cart. All prices are stated in USD.
Is it safe for me to shop on your site?
Absolutely, both the checkout pages (where you enter your payment information) and the administrative side (where we process them) are protected by an SSL certificate. This encrypts the information as it travels from your web client to our server, providing you with the best encryption security available. When entering a secure area within our site, the url will begin with “https” instead of “http”
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of NY. This tax is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses outside NY, or outside of the USA.
Gift Giving
We aim to wrap each and every purchase with care, whether it is coming directly to you, or to someone you love as a gift. When you are sending the order directly to someone else as a gift, we will include a handwritten note (written by us, said by you).
What is your return policy?
We love our products and think that you will too. However, an item may be returned for refund within 14 days of customer receipt, providing it is in original sale condition. We do not accept refunds after 14 days. Any refund is equal to the purchase price plus tax but will exclude shipping fees. Exchanged items can only be sent out after the returned goods have been received. Refunds are issued to the original credit card account provided with 5-7 business days of PINT SIZE SOCIAL receiving the returned item. PINT SIZE SOCIAL is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit while being returned to us. Damage/Defect claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. in case of damage in shipping, FedEx may require an inspection, so please retain packing materials.
How do I make a return?

Please report any items which have arrived to you damaged within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement for you.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat fee of $8 for FedEx Ground. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your item is shipped. Should you need your item quicker, email us at shop@pintsizesocial.com. We do not warrant against late deliveries due to shipping delays, manufacturer backorders, or color variations.
