1-cup gluten free oats
1 cup almond flour
1-cup millet flour
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup of palm sugar
3 tbsp ground flaxseed
½ tsp sea salt
Fruit sweetened jam of your choice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a food processor pulse together oats, almond flour, millet flour, olive oil, maple syrup, palm sugar, flaxmeal and sea salt. With your hands, roll dough into 1” balls and place on lined cookie sheet. With your thumb, press into center of ball to create an indentation. Fill each cookie with a tsp of jam. Bake for 20-25 minutes
