Baked Chicken Fingers

Makes 1 – 2 servings

4 oz boneless chicken tenders
2 tsp honey mustard
2 tsp buttermilk
3 tbsp panko bread crumbs
Olive oil spray
¼ cup marinara sauce

Preheat oven to 450˚F. Place honey mustard in a bowl. Your child can help pour the buttermilk in the bowl and whisk together. Dip chicken in mixture and then coat with panko bread crumbs. Spray baking sheet with olive oil. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake about 12 minutes flipping chicken halfway through. Serve with marinara sauce. Again, kids love to dip things!
