Still privately owned, you get the feel of a small Inn, with the amenities of a 140 acre Five Diamond Hotel. Pristine beaches. 2 18-hole golf courses. A luxury spa. A family entertainment center. The Coconut Crew Kids Camp. The list is never ending. We were even pleasantly surprised that the chefs from their 9 restaurants, use organic vegetables and herbs picked straight from their own garden. Mealtime is just as important to them as time on the beach. According to Anthony Sicignano, the Executive Chef of The Breakers, they are on a mission to make healthy eating a savory experience for kids and a rewarding one for their parents.
